Soul To Strings:
So I got this disc in the mail called "Change Is..."
This is the work of a one man band by this guy Brad M. Not your heavy metal or rock disc in any form or fashion. What Brad does here is exactly as the name implies, he pours out his soul to strings! This is some seriously great stuff. If I were going to describe it to you it would go something like this: Imagine if Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Andy Timmons, & Buddy Guy were locked up in a room together with a bottle of whiskey & a tape recorder constantly rolling! Add Dick Dale, Chet Atkins, & Robert Cray to the mix for a couple of tracks & there you have it: "Change Is..." No vox here just pure soulful guitar! I really dig this guys playing & it is definitely worth your time to check it out!
